Question 1

What does WeBuildLogic do?

Accepted Answer

WeBuildLogic designs, builds, hosts and supports custom websites, standalone business apps, and fully bespoke CRM and management systems for trades businesses and SMEs across Scotland and the UK. Everything is built from scratch — no page builders, no off-the-shelf platforms.

Question 2

Who is WeBuildLogic best suited for?

Accepted Answer

WeBuildLogic works best with trades businesses (joiners, electricians, plumbers, builders), professional services firms, and SMEs who want a website or internal system built specifically for how their business works — rather than adapting a generic product.

Question 3

Do you use WordPress, Wix or Shopify?

Accepted Answer

No. WeBuildLogic custom-builds everything using modern web technologies. This gives clients faster websites, far more flexibility, and no dependency on third-party platform limitations or monthly plugin fees.

Question 4

How much does a website cost with WeBuildLogic?

Accepted Answer

A standard custom website starts at £1,500 as a one-off build fee, plus £19.99 per month for hosting, support and updates. Custom business systems and apps are priced on scope, typically from £2,500 to £8,000. A 50% deposit is taken on commencement, with the remaining 50% on completion.

Question 5

How long does it take to build a website?

Accepted Answer

A standard website typically takes 2 to 4 weeks. Custom business systems and apps take longer depending on complexity — usually 4 to 12 weeks.

Question 6

Do you work with businesses outside Scotland?

Accepted Answer

Yes. While WeBuildLogic is based in Scotland and serves a lot of Scottish clients, we work with businesses across the whole of the UK and can handle everything remotely or in person.

Question 7

Can you build a CRM system for a trades business?

Accepted Answer

Yes — this is one of WeBuildLogic's core services. We build fully custom CRM and job management systems for trades businesses including customer management, job tracking, quoting, invoicing, scheduling, and automation. The system is built around exactly how your business operates.

Question 8

Can you replace our spreadsheets with a proper system?

Accepted Answer

Yes — replacing spreadsheets and disconnected apps with one bespoke system is one of the most common projects WeBuildLogic takes on. We assess how the business operates and build a system around that, with dashboards, automated workflows, and tools accessible from any device.

Question 9

Do you offer ongoing support after the website is built?

Accepted Answer

Yes. All WeBuildLogic clients are on a monthly support and hosting plan covering hosting, security updates, minor content changes, and direct access to the team. Nothing is left to chance after launch.

Can you integrate with QuickBooks or Xero?

Accepted Answer

Yes, WeBuildLogic can build integrations with most accounting systems including QuickBooks and Xero. This is discussed during the initial consultation to map out the specific workflow and requirements.
